CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?

No, sorry!

ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE FEST?

No, so sorry – only service animals.

WHERE IS THE ACTUAL FESTIVAL TAKING PLACE?

The event will take place at the Navy Pier Beer Garden and surrounding space. There are Uber/Lyft/Taxi drop off points at ENTRANCE 2.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

Our festival is rain or shine.  There is risk when buying tickets to an outdoor event.  Tickets are non-refundable.

CAN I LEAVE THE FEST AND THEN COME BACK IN?

Yes, feel free to come and go as you please, you just can’t bring in any outside food or beverages.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Our fest is totally casual! Do you have a fun festive shirt? Did you get a lobster fest shirt from last year? Maybe some shorts with a lobster print on them? Wear them! Do you wanna dress to impress in VIP? Go right ahead!

TICKET INFORMATION

WHERE DOES MY SEAFOOD COME FROM?

Our live lobster will be flown in fresh from the east coast by Lobster Gram (our official seafood provider).
Additionally, our audience may receive a 20% discount on future orders with details:  Save 20% OFF Order of $150 or more offer is valid for one-time use on any single, qualifying purchase containing $150 or more of in-stock products where the promotion code GALF20 is entered at checkout. LOST OR CAN'T FIND YOUR TICKET ORDER?

You will need to locate your ticket to redeem any pre-orders. We suggest checking your Email used at purchase (including Inbox, Promotional, or Spam folders) by searching the words “Your Tickets and/or Great American Lobster Fest Tickets

WHAT DOES MY ADVANCE TICKET PURCHASE INCLUDE?

– A Lobster Meal (Whole Lobster or Lobster Roll w/ Corn, Potato, Butter, Dinner Roll, Sweet Treat & Lemon Wedge)
– One (1) Drink Ticket redeemable for a Domestic Beer, White Claw Hard Seltzer, Cayman Jack Margarita, Bottle of Water, or Soda.

– Reserved Seating Areas with Lake Views
– Access to Festival Grounds with Live Music Stage
– Chicago Air Show visibility until 2pm**

Advance Meal Pick up closes at 7:30 p.m. each night. You must redeem your meal token and lobster entrée before this time. There are no refunds or exchanges for missing the meal redemption cut off time.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A TICKET TO GET IN?

No! The festival is taking place in the Navy Pier Beer Garden and is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FREE OF CHARGE.  We also have tremendous a la cart seafood, landfoord, cold drinks, desserts and more available for purchase while there.

Day of festival Food will be available for purchase from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Advance Meal Pick up closes at 7:30 p.m. each night. You must redeem your meal token and lobster entrée before this time. There are no refunds or exchanges for missing the meal redemption cut off time.  

HOW DO I GET MY MEAL IF I BOUGHT A TICKET THAT INCLUDES A MEAL?

Make sure to print out your ticket or have it pulled up on your device when arriving. The Advance meal pickup area entrance is located on the SOUTH side of the Navy Pier Beer Garden under the banner. Simply go here, get your ticket scanned and you will be given a token to redeem your meal whenever you’re ready to chow down! Advance Meal Pick up closes at 7:30 p.m. each night. You must redeem your meal token and lobster entrée before this time. There are no refunds or exchanges for missing the meal redemption cut off time.

ARE THERE PLACES TO SIT AND ENJOY MY FOOD?

Yes – there is plenty of seating and tables available. There is designated reserved seating for patrons purchasing a Lobster Meal and first come first serve seating throughout the space for day of attendees. If you’re looking to guarantee seating, we suggest pre-purchasing a meal.

WHAT TIME WILL DRINKS BE SERVED?

Noon to 10:00 p.m. each day.

HOW MUCH IS THE FOOD?

Because we are dealing with seafood – we have to price with the market, so we will not know what the final pricing is until a day or so before the fest. We do know that items will range from about $6 to $50+ depending on the current market on the east coast.
