The event will take place at the Navy Pier Beer Garden and surrounding space. There are Uber/Lyft/Taxi drop off points at ENTRANCE 2.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Our festival is rain or shine. Should it rain, Pre-purchased meals will be served indoors.
CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?
CAN I LEAVE THE FEST AND THEN COME BACK IN?
Yes, feel free to come and go as you please, you just can’t bring in any outside food or beverages.
ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE FEST?
No, so sorry – only service animals.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Our fest is totally casual! Do you have a fun festive shirt? Did you get a lobster fest shirt from last year? Maybe some shorts with a lobster print on them? Wear them! Do you wanna dress to impress in VIP? Go right ahead!

You will need to locate your ticket to redeem any pre-orders.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE A TICKET TO GET IN?
No! The festival is taking place in the Navy Pier Beer Garden and is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FREE OF CHARGE.
WHAT DOES A VIP TICKET INCLUDE?
Ticket includes your choice of (1) Full Lobster (Approximately 1.25 pounds) OR Lobster Roll. All served with corn on the cob, potatoes, a dinner roll, fresh cut lemons, & melted butter. VIP ticket holders also receive (4) Drink Vouchers, PLUS access to the White Claw VIP lounge, reserved seating areas, added snacks and treats.
Please note, Bartenders and Navy Pier reserve the right to cut you off at any moment if they feel you’ve been served enough. Navy Pier/Levy Catering is solely responsible for the serving and the sale of all alcoholic beverages.

WHAT TIME WILL FOOD BE SERVED?
Day of festival Food will be available for purchase from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Advance Meal Pick up closes at 7:30 p.m. each night. You must redeem your meal token and lobster entrée before this time. There are no refunds or exchanges for missing the meal redemption cut off time.
HOW DO I GET MY MEAL IF I BOUGHT A TICKET THAT INCLUDES A MEAL?
Make sure to print out your ticket or have it pulled up on your device when arriving. The Advance meal pickup area entrance is located on the SOUTH side of the Navy Pier Beer Garden under the banner. Simply go here, get your ticket scanned and you will be given a token to redeem your meal whenever you’re ready to chow down! Advance Meal Pick up closes at 7:30 p.m. each night. You must redeem your meal token and lobster entrée before this time. There are no refunds or exchanges for missing the meal redemption cut off time.
WHAT DOES MY ADVANCED PURCHASE LOBSTER MEAL INCLUDE?
Your Lobster Meal will include your choice of a WHOLE (1.25 pound steamed red lobster) OR a Lobster Roll, all served with corn-on-the-cob, potatoes, a dinner roll, lemon wedges, and melted butter. Advance Meal Pick up closes at 7:30 p.m. each night. You must redeem your meal token and lobster entrée before this time. There are no refunds or exchanges for missing the meal redemption cut off time.
ARE THERE PLACES TO SIT AND ENJOY MY FOOD?
Yes – there is plenty of seating and tables available. There is designated reserved seating for patrons purchasing a Lobster Meal and first come first serve seating throughout the space for day of attendees. If you’re looking to guarantee seating, we suggest pre-purchasing a meal.
WHAT TIME WILL DRINKS BE SERVED?
Noon to 10:00 p.m. each day.
HOW MUCH IS THE FOOD?
Because we are dealing with seafood – we have to price with the market, so we will not know what the final pricing is until a day or so before the fest. We do know that items will range from about $6 to $50+ depending on the current market on the east coast.
